An entrepreneur creates a business to realize their idea, known as entrepreneurship, which collects capital and work force in order to produce products or services for profit.

You can have all the characteristics of successful entrepreneurs, but still not succeed if you have not dedicated yourself to completely making your vision a reality, nothing is more important than making your vision a reality.

It’s the most overlooked quality of an entrepreneur & it’s critical to your success.
Most customers will feel the lack of authenticity from far away. The more authentic you are, the more results you get.
6. FLEXIBILITY AND RESILIENCE
To gain this resilience, you need experience and failure. The ability to take actions and chances, fail, learn the lesson, and get back up again is a must to be a successful entrepreneur. It’s simply the person that keeps getting up after failure, by learning the lesson, adjusting the plan (Flexibility), but not abandoning the plan and the goal.

Being persuasive is one of the important entrepreneur personality character. being able to convince others, team, or executives that your vision / idea / project is valid is a critical key to your success.

You must be aware not only of your strengths, but also your weaknesses, you can hire people who can complement you in your weak areas or skills. You must build a team that balances you.
9. GETTING READY IN ADVANCE
You’ll need more than a plan to get to your goals and targets, there are always unknowns and unexpected events that happens down the line. Instead build a detailed plan for different scenarios and events. Be ready for rough time, so you dominate when the times are good
